Murder in Annaba

7 January 2001, around Oued El Aneb near the city of Annaba was killed four Russian engineer Yuri Zhilyakov, Alexander Popov, Nikolay Attics and Vladimir Terentyev. The responsibility for the murder was the responsibility of the local detachment of the organization "Salafist group of call and battles," led by Yazid Mabruk. The attack was part of an overall strategy of the Algerian terrorists for the destruction of foreigners.
